Diann loves calling Chapel Hill home. As a native North Carolinian she has had the good fortune of living in all regions of the Carolinas, but considers the Triangle the Heart of North Carolina. There was no hesitation to settle in Chapel Hill almost a decade ago. She brought with her the experience of selling oceanfront condominiums and coastal luxury homes.
As a teacher in her early career, Diann possesses the ability to give a detailed explanation of every step of the home buying or selling process making it as stress free and pleasurable as possible. Diann offers knowledge gained through her sociology degree with emphasis in gerontology. This provides the ideal perspective in assisting those making decisions to downsize or change their lifestyle to a fulfilling, uncomplicated but active culture.
Relaxing and dining in local restaurants with her daughter and friends are among Diann's most valued leisure activities. All who know her realize one of her most cherished gifts is a lemur adoption from Duke's Lemur Landing, an outstanding wildlife conservation program. Diann also considers herself fortunate to have opportunity to use some of her talents to participate in charity events enriching young lives in Orange County. She considers her volunteer work with Hospice a most rewarding experience. Diann's favorite topic has always been residential real estate, but she also enjoys piano, gardening, visiting area museums, crafting window treatments, searching for and restoring antiques, renovating and remodeling homes, and she is an avid fan of college sports.
Along with Diann comes her passion for helping people find just the right home or the opportunity to move on when it is time to leave their treasured Chapel Hill location. She is a skilled real estate professional, who has the vision to help buyers find the residence and location for the perfect home whether the search is for move-in ready, renovation, or new construction. Her valuable expertise applies to helping clients find a first home, a growing family's move up home, a home for retirement, or a home-away-from-home. She believes moving into your next home should be among your fondest memories and is honored to be a part of such an important part of buyers' and sellers' lives.
